OUR FUNDS

Skagerak Venture Capital AS currently manage three funds, two seed funds and one venture capital fund.  All funds are closed-end funds with long-term investment horizons. The funds have separate Board of Directors with broad industrial expertise.

Skagerak Venture Capital I
Skagerak Venture Capital I is a late stage venture fund.  The fund was established in June 2006, with a fund life of 7 years.  The fund seeks investment opportunities within ICT, renewable energy and the offshore supply industry, with a committed capital of 256 MNOK.  Skagerak Venture Capital I is open for new investments.

Skagerak Seed Capital II
Skagerak Seed Capital II is a seed fund.  The fund was established in December 2008 with a fund life of 10 years.  The fund has about 50 MNOK available for new investments.  Skagerak Seed Capital II seeks investment opportunities within ICT, renewable energy and the offshore supply industry.

Såkorninvest Sør
Såkorninvest Sør is a seed fund, established in 1998.  The fund was managed by own employees until June 2006, then the fund entered into a management agreement with Skagerak Venture Capital AS.  In 2008 Såkorninvest Sør was the first seed capital fund in Norway to return capital to owners and Innovation Norway.  The fund is now closed for new investments.
